Corporate Travel In Mongolia With Eternal Landscapes: Quick Overview
We prioritise the safety and well-being of your team. While we are a small company, our membership with the **Cornerstone Safety Group** provides us access to industry-standard practices and resources. Additionally, we partner with **Global Rescue**, a world-leading travel protection service, to offer optional memberships for all individual travelers. In the event of a medical emergency, Global Rescue delivers expert medical support, evacuation, and crisis response services, including field rescue from the point of injury or illness. With these robust safety measures in place, you can explore Mongolia with confidence, giving you the confidence to explore Mongolia safely.
We provide a unique opportunity for companies to reserve a free spot for a top-performing employee, someone needing a mental health boost, or an individual facing financial challenges—a thoughtful gesture that can create a lasting positive impact.
Our corporate experiences will build camaraderie and foster a positive team culture. Whether you’re celebrating a company milestone, recognising exceptional achievements, or rewarding hard work, we offer experiences ranging from half-day escapes to multi-day adventures. Let Mongolia inspire your team with bespoke experiences that are as unique as they are impactful.
Every team is different, and our programmess are crafted to align with your specific goals and preferences. Mongolia, while celebrated for its iconic nomadic culture, also offers a dynamic and modern environment that delivers memorable experiences far beyond the usual stereotypes—perfect for international MICE travel and corporate events.
Our approach begins with a conversation to understand your organization’s ESG objectives. Together, we can identify NGOs and projects in Mongolia and develop customised ideas to integrate them into your MICE experience, creating a journey that is both impactful and meaningful.

Small and Adaptable: Our Strength in Impact Travel In Mongolia
You might think, “This is a small, low-volume business.” And it is—but that’s exactly our strength. Mongolia is our home, and our small size allows us to offer flexible, adaptive experiences that reflect the realities on the ground. With us, your business can pursue its ESG goals through travel while making a positive impact.
However, we don’t aim to be all things to all people. Our philosophy of travel is rooted in authenticity and deeper connections, which may not suit all companies. We will encourage you to review our travel style and ensure it aligns with your expectations, so you can determine if we’re the right fit for your corporate journey.
Real Mongolia, Real Connections: Corporate Experiences Grounded in Local Partnerships
Our corporate experiences are grounded in authenticity. While many competitors in Mongolia focus on high-comfort or adrenaline-fueled activities, we offer something different as our true strength lies in our deep, long-term partnerships with local families and projects. We bring you experiences that support and protect Mongolia’s cultural and natural heritage within a strong ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) framework, creating bespoke corporate travel events and adventures with lasting value.
Our Community Partnerships
We’re not a multi-country specialist or a volume-driven business focused solely on profit. We operate exclusively in Mongolia—a country we live in, love, and where we are committed to making tourism more equitable. Our team is entirely Mongolian, representing diverse backgrounds and ages, and our contributions extend beyond paying wages, taxes, and social security; we strive to uplift and level the tourism industry here.
We manage all operations directly and work across Mongolia year-round, not limiting ourselves to only the most profitable regions or peak seasons. By removing the middleman, we’ve built long-term partnerships with local communities, often with herding families impacted by climate change who seek to supplement their income through tourism. This approach ensures that funds flow directly into rural areas, and it is these communities who will host you, offering a corporate travel experience with a difference
Embrace the Unexpected: Experience Mongolia Beyond the Comfort Zone
This isn’t about conference rooms, luxury SUVs, or white-water rafting. It’s about experiencing the real Mongolia—connecting your team in ways that go beyond a typical high-end business trip and embracing the unexpected. From rain and shared facilities to squat toilets, cold showers, and even the occasional vehicle breakdown, you’ll encounter Mongolia as it’s lived every day. In the experiences that we cultivate for you, lasting connections and impactful moments create memories—and results—that resonate long after the journey ends.
Experience Mongolia Differently
We understand that, just as each life in Mongolia is unique, so is your team. We recognise that one size doesn’t fit all, and any corporate travel experience should reflect the distinct character of your business and team. Our specialty lies in crafting experiences that align with your event’s or company’s objectives.
Life in Mongolia offers a different perspective. While some competitors may focus on luxury corporate travel with upscale gers, hot showers, and private chefs, this isn’t the everyday reality for most Mongolians. We propose a balanced approach.
Instead of a traditional corporate dinner, why not enjoy a hands-on cooking class in a local home? Or consider mixing accommodations—a night in a ger hosted by a local family, followed by a stay at Mongolia’s own five-star resort. For an inspiring meeting space, try an urban walking tour led by one of Mongolia’s NGOs, encouraging meaningful conversation in a dynamic setting.
Make a Difference: Align Your ESG Goals with Meaningful Local Projects
Mongolia, far beyond its renowned nomadic culture, offers a dynamic, modern environment, ready to deliver memorable experiences that go beyond stereotypes, for international MICE travel and corporate experiences. Our approach starts with a conversation to understand your organization’s ESG goals. We can work with you to identify NGOs and projects in Mongolia and develop tailored ideas on how to incorporate them into your MICE experience. Together with our Responsible Tourism Consultant Léa Jacquot-Benson, we align your ESG goals with impactful projects in Mongolia, especially those where we have established long-term partnerships.
Responsible Partnerships that Empower Local Projects
As part of our responsible tourism philosophy, we’ve built strong partnerships with local projects in Mongolia. Our support goes beyond financial contributions (though we do contribute) by actively integrating these projects into our travel experiences, including corporate itineraries. This approach ensures that each experience we offer makes a meaningful, lasting impact on local communities, providing support that extends beyond monetary aid. From our annual clean-up in partnership with a national park to women-led projects focused on traditional crafts like felt-making and quilting, to a community center in Ulaanbaatar’s ger district, each partnership reflects the resilience and spirit of modern 21st-century Mongolia.
Sustainability Matters: Minimising Your Environmental & Carbon Impact
As a signatory of The Glasgow Declaration and a member of Tourism Declares A Climate Emergency, with a detailed Climate Action Plan of our own, we ensure your trip to Mongolia minimizes its environmental and carbon footprint—a crucial consideration in a country deeply impacted by climate change.
Responsible Ethics
We are signatories of the Glasgow Declaration, adopted as the central framework for climate action within the tourism industry, and have developed a climate action plan. Yet Mongolia faces significant challenges due to the climate emergency, with water scarcity, desertification, and biodiversity loss degrading pastures. These shifts have intensified extreme weather events such as floods, droughts, sandstorms, and dzud—a severe cyclical weather pattern unique to Mongolia.
We recognise the tourism industry’s role in this crisis, with aviation alone contributing roughly 2% of global carbon emissions (IATA). As a tourism business operating in Mongolia—a country both deeply impacted by climate change and one of the most remote, landlocked nations in the world—we are acutely aware that promoting air travel can raise concerns of greenwashing. This understanding reinforces our responsibility to ensure that our operations are as responsible as possible.
We carry this commitment into our corporate experiences, working closely with you to ensure that your team’s journey has a positive impact on Mongolia’s environment as well as its communities.
A Commitment to Equity: Championing Gender Equality
Your visit can provide meaningful support, whether through fundraising or other assistance, directly benefiting the communities and projects you engage with. Your experience will be overseen by Jess, the founder of EL and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, supported by our team of skilled female Mongolian trip assistants and male drivers. Eternal Landscapes is a recipient of the Gender Equality Champion award from Equality In Tourism International. By choosing us, you’re working with an organization that values equity, integrity, and community, prioritizing equitable tourism that uplifts local well-being and reveals the vibrancy of modern Mongolia. Through this commitment, we aim to honor and help preserve Mongolia’s cultural and natural heritage—and invite you to be part of this effort.
Driving Change: Empower Women and Align Your ESG Goals
The majority of tourism drivers in Mongolia are male. Recognizing this, when we founded Eternal Landscapes, we implemented a policy to actively employ Mongolian women seeking opportunities as tourism guides. This initiative was designed to provide training and employment for women who aspired to join the tourism industry but lacked connections, formal qualifications, or prior experience—paving the way for a more equitable tourism sector.
Our philosophy is rooted in believing in people and their potential. These efforts have not only shaped the experiences we provide but have also become central to our operations, earning us the **Gender Equality Champion Award** from Equality In Tourism International.
Building on this success, we are now developing **Chandmana Erdene**, a low-impact, community-based center offering an aspirational tourism training program for Mongolian women. By establishing this center outside Ulaanbaatar, we also aim to create employment opportunities for our retired drivers, who, despite reaching retirement age, often continue to have financial and family responsibilities. This initiative reflects our commitment to gender equality, education, and sustainable tourism while honoring the contributions of our team members and supporting their personal needs.
When you choose to book your corporate travel experience with us, you’re not just aligning with your ESG goals—you’re directly supporting the development of Chandmana Erdene and contributing to a more inclusive and equitable future for tourism in Mongolia.
Impact Reporting: Creating a Long-Term impact beyond your team journey
To foster long-term impact, we prioritize post-travel relationships, supporting the projects and communities you connect with during your trip. We’ll share the positive outcomes with your organization and clients, ensuring that the benefits of your visit extend far beyond Mongolia. If desired, we can also provide a comprehensive impact report detailing the social and environmental effects of your trip.
