Immerse yourself in Mongolian cuisine and culture through our informal cookery class, hosted in our cosy office-home in Ulaanbaatar. This welcoming setting reflects who we are — a small, community-focused team sharing everyday Mongolian life with you.

You’ll cook side by side with one of our all-female team of trip assistants — women who prepare these meals daily for their families. As you chop, stir, and share stories together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Mongolia’s food heritage and discover how simple, local ingredients are transformed into nourishing, flavourful dishes.

Dishes may include Tsuivan (stir-fried flour noodles), khuushuur (mutton pancakes), and buuz (Mongolian dumplings). For vegetarians, we can adapt the ingredients.

We donate 10% from each booking to Asral NGO’s Hot Meal Project (a Mongolian project we work in long-term local community partnership with) & you receive our Mongolian recipe book so you can try cooking your favourite meals at home.
